Our Mustang Power Throttle Bodies are beautifully crafted from permanent mold castings. Permanent molds produce higher quality castings than conventional sand molds with reduced porosity and a better finish. One of the more critical areas of a throttle body is the fit of the butterfly in the main bore. Our butterflies are all hand fitted for the ultimate in accuracy. Our Mustang Throttle Bodies also have an industry exclusive unique feature which is an adjustable throttle position sensor mounting. This allows you to easily adjust your sensor to the proper setting with a minimum amount of hassle. On competitive throttle bodies you typically have to elongate the holes in the sensor to provide adjustment. Trying to elongate the holes in a plastic sensor is not only difficult but can easily lead to breakage of the sensor itself. The Mustang Throttle Bodies are available in a show polished or satin finish in either 65, 70, or 75mm bore sizes. For 1986-'03 installations, if you want to run your EGR connections, you will also need a matching EGR Spacer. EGR Spacers are not required for 1994-'95 engines. Use the 65mm model for stock manifolds, the 70mm model is ideal with our EFI Mustang Intake System, and the 75mm is for higher horsepower engines which will require matching to the intake port on most manifolds.

1992-'97 LT1 & 1985-'92 305/350 Throttle Bodies

These dual bore throttle bodies are much less expensive than any similar product available, yet the quality is as good as it gets. We also provide duplicate throttle linkages with each throttle body that allow the throttle body to be used on different year models. These linkages are very easy to change by removing one nut. Available in both a polished or satin finish, these throttle bodies are made of aluminum.

LS1 Throttle Bodies

Professional Products offers this style throttle body in two sizes; 80mm and 85mm. The 80mm is the largest size suitable for a stock LS1 plastic intake manifold. The 85mm size is for use on
the Professional Products #52060/#52061 LS1 Typhoon Intake Manifold or other LS1 aftermarket aluminum intakes. These throttle bodies feature die cast aluminum construction and are O.E. quality units. The 80mm
model also includes an aluminum transition plate that bolts between the stock manifold and the throttle
body. These units are a direct bolt-in replacement for the stock throttle body.

We offer Power Throttle Bodies for the 1997-'01 Acura Integra Type R and also for the 1994-'01 Acura Integra GSR. We have both 68mm and 70mm throttle bodies for these two engines. Each size is available in either a show polished or satin finish. These throttle bodies are made as aluminum die castings and as such, appear very similar on the outside to a stock throttle body. However, the main inlet on all of these throttle bodies features a 3" O.D. which allows the use of many of the popular air inlet kits.
