POWERJECTION II™

Powerjection II has recently been redesigned incorporating the advanced design Stage 3 EMS (computer) from the popular Powerjection III. The EMS is mounted directly onto the throttle body which eliminates the bulk of the wiring found in other port injection style kits. This dramatically simplifies installation as you no longer need to find a location to mount the computer and no hole cut in the firewall for a harness. The horsepower rating has been moved from 385 on the standard Powerjection II systems up to 550 by using larger 36 lb./hr. injectors and a bigger fuel pump. Powerjection II is a complete system featuring a wide band oxygen sensor and "Adaptive Learning" which was pioneered by Professional Products. With "Adaptive Learning" the system self-tunes itself as you drive. The system requires some very simple initial tuning with a laptop which only involves a few simple inputs. However, for those experts who want to completely map their own system, that feature is also available.

The Powerjection II requires a return line to the tank or you can also install our optional FuelOnDemand kit (#70035) which eliminates the need for a return line.

The Powerjection II is an extremely advanced port injection system that is easy to install and inexpensive to buy.

Note: To order a Powerjection II with the returnless feature (no fuel return line required) simply add an "R" to the part number of the kit you want. For example, the 70000 part number becomes 70000R if you want a returnless kit. Note that adding this feature also provides a wide range of fuel pump control to your vehicle. *These kits include a 4150 to 4500 Carb Adapter. **These kits utilize a 4500 style 4-bbl throttle body. 550 HP kits are supplied with 36 lb./hr. injectors and the 70151 pump. Kits with cast polished throttle body are also supplied with a polished intake manifold. All other kits have satin manifolds. 670 HP kits are supplied with 42lb/hr injectors and 70152 pump.
Horsepower ratings are provided to indicate the upper limit of horsepower that the listed kits will provide adequate fuel flow for. Note that the 1200 CFM kits are capable of flowing enough air for over 700 HP but will require larger injectors and a bigger fuel pump. The 2200 CFM units will handle well over 1,000 HP but again, they will require bigger injectors and fuel pump.
Note: - The supplied BB Chevy manifold has rectangular ports but can be used on oval port heads. While the port match is not good, for the majority of street driven vehicles, there will be very little power loss due to this port mismatch.
